gettin' fit.

i've enjoyed working out lately. i take a cycle class most mornings at the y, and it's definitely a sweaty hobby. i've heard spinning boosts your endurance and helps you to be able to run a lot smoother. with that said, i think i'm going to try running. the last couple days, i've gone jogging/walking around the neighborhood...first with my sister, then my mom. it's actually growing on me.

i'mma be gettin' fit! and energetic!
